Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Control Plan ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Establish quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing requirements for all construction activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets approved drawings, BOQ, and contract requirements.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor quality performance of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Approve and verify construction materials through testing and compliance checks.
• Maintain all quality-related documentation, reports, and inspection records.
• Prepare and submit NCRs, quality reports, and audit documentation.
• Construction Billing and internal construction Audit.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and supervise QC team while promoting quality awareness and best practices on site.
