Responsibilities & Context

Candidates must have 15–18 years of professional experience with a reputed Real Estate company.

 

Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.

 

• Oversee residential construction projects to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and schedules.

• Supervise project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure quality and productivity.

• Monitor construction progress, manpower, materials, costs, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams to resolve technical issues.

• Review construction quality, progress reports, contractor bills, and project documentation.

• Manage daily operations and coordinate with all relevant departments to achieve company objectives.

• Develop operational plans, budgets, and cost-control measures to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Monitor sales performance, project-wise targets, and revenue generation.

• Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies for sales growth and business expansion.

• Coordinate apartment handover, project readiness, and customer satisfaction with relevant teams.

• Identify operational challenges and business risks and implement corrective measures.

• Prepare periodic operational and business performance reports for management and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Any other job-related duties assigned by management.
